1. Products & Availability
Every Dearhey piece is created with care, but availability may vary.
In case an item is out of stock after purchase, our team will notify you and suggest alternatives or issue store credit.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of taxes (as applicable).
Prices may change without prior notice, but the rate at the time of purchase will always apply.
Payments are accepted through secure gateways. Dearhey does not store your card or banking details.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Once placed, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours.
Any misuse of discount codes, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity may lead to order cancellation.
4. Exchanges
Dearhey follows a no refund policy.
Exchanges are allowed only for damage or sizing issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.
Customised and sale items are non-exchangeable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Dearhey.
Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Dearhey is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
Products may appear slightly different in colour due to lighting or screen resolution. Such variations are not considered defects.
