Refund policy

At Dearhey, every piece is crafted with care for you.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
We offer size exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Customised orders, sale items, or pieces purchased during special promotions cannot be exchanged.
Process: To request an exchange, please email dearhey.official@gmail.com  with your order number and clear product images. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
